Role Description:

With Avon you set the goals, I will help you achieve them.
You will first become an independant Avon representative with a unique customer base to work with. Its unique becuase you choose who your customers are at first and then, through customer recomendations as well as your personal recomendations and the products you will be offering to your customers, you will start to attract new customers.
As soon as you become an Avon independant representative, you will have accsess to a unique oppportunity.
The ability to become a sales leader. All you have to do to achieve this status and earn more money from your own team of representatives is recruit 5 - 10 people to become representatives.
The Benefits:
As a representative you will earn £1 for every £4 spent by your customers. Thats £50 for a £200 pound order!
This can be achieved in your first brochure alone!
You will already know many of your regular customers, they are your family and friends, co-workers other mothers and dads, even your neighbours.
As a sales leader you will earn in income from your sales, your teams sales and then more income if somone attracts new customers or even if a representative in your team becomes a sales leader and wishes to expand their own business. Win, Win all round.
Ongoing support, advice and training from Avom and myself via phone or email or even in person, which ever methond you feel most at ease with.
Work your own hours, on the days you have the time, when you have the time. No more stress.
